Dr. Bereolos is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified diabetes care & education specialist who specializes in chronic disease management. Dr. Bereolos has had type 1 diabetes for nearly 30 years. The combination of her personal and professional experiences have enabled her to successfully change the lives of many of her patients.
In addition to working with patients ranging in age from 16 to 100, Dr. Bereolos is a published author in scientific peer-reviewed journals and has been involved in clinical trials (Phase II-IV) in the areas of infectious disease, endocrinology, psychiatry, neurology, and cardiology. She is a professional speaker and travels to conferences and professional events to share her expertise in chronic disease management.
Dr. Bereolos earned her Ph.D. in clinical health psychology from the University of North Texas. She completed a clinical internship at the UNT Health Science Center in the departments of family medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Bereolos completed additional post-doctoral training by participating in a fellowship at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Most recently, she obtained a master's degree in clinical psychopharmacology which will allow her to purse prescriptive privileges.

Suzon Schroeder is a licensed professional counselor, specializing in the treatment of children between the ages of 2-18 years old, but she also sees adults. She graduated from Texas Women's University with a Bachelor's in Science and obtained her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Amberton University. She has been in the practice for 10 years and has served Collin County and its surrounding areas during this tenure. She is able to meet with patients at the Mckinney Office. Suzon accepts United/Optum Insurance or private pay.
